If something comes up, you can reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Changes within 12 hours are usually counted as a used session. In some cases, an instructor may convert it to website credit at their discretion.

Sessions are booked on a fixed schedule and usually end at the original end time (especially when another session is scheduled next).

If you arrive late, your instructor will still make the session useful, but the end time may not be extended.

If you don’t attend and there’s no notice, the session is forfeited and counted as used.

Yes. You can book sessions as often as you want, as long as there is availability and you book within your Package or plan period.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice.

Late cancellations within 12 hours are converted to store credit at your instructor's discretion — rather than being forfeited entirely.

Yes. You can choose any instructor when booking.

If you want a recommendation, you can also book an intro call and we’ll suggest a good match based on your goals.

Yes. You can book with any instructor as long as you have a valid Package or an active Membership.

If an instructor is unavailable, you can book with another instructor using your existing credits or Membership.

Yes. Sessions can flex based on what you need—meetings, presentations, interviews, writing support, or test prep.

If your priorities change, you can adjust the focus without changing plans.

The intro call helps you clarify goals, confirm fit, and choose the right plan or Package.

Paid sessions are where you work on real work communication with active feedback and adjustments.

The standard session length is 50 minutes.

If you prefer shorter, more frequent sessions, 25-minute sessions are available on request.

80-minute sessions are also available on request.

Group sessions may run longer depending on the format (often around 110 minutes).

Sessions use Google Meet by default.

If your workplace requires Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex, you can send a meeting link and your instructor can join there.

Yes. If you want recordings, let your instructor know and they can enable recording for your sessions.

When recordings are provided, they are typically stored for 30 days.

Yes. If a session is recorded, a transcript can be provided when available.

Memberships are monthly subscriptions that offer our lowest per-session rate. Credits are issued monthly and must be used within that billing month (they do not roll over).

Packages are a one-time purchase of credits that are valid for several months. You can use them at your own pace until they expire.

No. Membership credits do not roll over from month to month.

You must book your sessions within your billing cycle. If you cannot use a credit, you can pause your Membership for the next month, but unused credits from the current month will expire.

Memberships renew monthly on the same calendar date as your initial purchase (your billing date).

If you pause a Membership, billing resumes when the Membership resumes.

Monthly billing keeps scheduling consistent and makes planning simpler.

About “5-week months”: Memberships include 4 credits per billing month. In months with an extra week, you can treat it as a planned break, or add a single extra session if you want to keep your cadence.

Each Package includes a validity window, shown on the pricing cards.

Package validity starts on the purchase date unless you request a future start date (see sale logistics).

Yes. You can extend a Package by 1 month, one time only.

This can be done from your dashboard.

Yes. You can pause a Package or Membership for up to 30 days.

Package pause limits per year: Sprint (1), Momentum (2), Commit (3).

Pausing a Package pauses the expiration timer while the pause is active.

If a Package expires with unused credits, you have a 90-day grace period (from the Package expiration date) to convert the remaining value into store credit.

Store credit can be used for any purchase on the site and is not transferable to another person.

If you received a bulk discount, unused value is calculated after removing the bulk discount on the sessions you already used.

Example: if you bought a discounted 10-session Package and used 5 sessions, those 5 used sessions are repriced at the non-discounted per-session rate, and the remaining value becomes store credit.

Bonus sessions are promotional add-ons and are only available during specific offers.

Bonus sessions cannot be rolled over and do not convert to store credit.

If a Package expires, bonus sessions expire with it.

The price lock applies to the Package price you paid.

It stays active as long as you renew the same Package on or before the expiration date.

If a Package expires and you renew later, the price lock does not apply.

Bonus sessions are tied to the original promotion and are not guaranteed on renewal.

When you renew, you renew the Package itself (for example, 20 sessions), not the promotional bonus.

You can upgrade to a larger Package and keep your price lock.

Downgrades to a smaller Package are not eligible for the price lock.

Packages are not refunded in cash once sessions have been used.

If you don’t finish a Package within the validity window, the remaining value may be eligible for store credit during the 90-day grace period (see Package policies).

FluentRx does not charge the 10% platform fee that AmazingTalker adds to every booking. Packages also include bonus sessions, which further reduce your effective per-session cost by approximately 20–25% on larger packages.

Your rate is also locked as long as your package remains active.
